- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 32 years (as on 01-01-2025)

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University
- Adequate knowledge in computer application
- Language Requirement:
- Must be able to read, write & speak Odia
- Must have passed Middle School with Odia as language subject OR Matric with Odia medium OR passed Odia in Class VII or above OR passed Odia test in Middle English School Standard
- Other Requirements:
- Must be a citizen of India
- Must be of good mental and physical health
- Government servants must submit NOC from their department
OPSC ASO Recruitment 2025 - Selection Process
- Written Examination (400 marks):
- Paper-I: General Awareness (100 marks)
- Paper-II: Test of Reasoning & Mental Ability + Mathematics (100 marks)
- Paper-III: Language (English + Odia) (200 marks)
- Negative marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
- Qualifying marks: UR - 35%, SC/ST/PwD - 30% in each paper
- Skill Test in Computer (50 marks):
- Practical test (qualifying nature)
- Minimum 40% marks required to qualify
Final Merit: Based on aggregate marks in Written Examination (400 marks)
