- Basic Salary: ₹13,500/- per month
- CTC: ₹5.06 LPA
- Additional compensation for candidates with 4+ years experience
- Domicile Preference: Candidates from Punjab will be given preference

Educational Qualification
- 3 years full-time Diploma in:
- Electrical
- Electronics
- Instrumentation
- Mechanical
- Production
- Metallurgical
- Institute must be recognized by AICTE or UGC
- Diploma holders from Tata technical institutes also eligible
- Not Eligible: Part Time/Correspondence/Distance Learning diplomas
Minimum Marks
- General Candidates: 55% aggregate in Diploma
- Female/SC/ST/Transgender/PwD: 50% aggregate in Diploma
Age Limit (as on 1st May 2025)
- General Candidates: Born on or after 1st May 1993 (Max 32 years)
- Female/SC/ST/Transgender/PwD: Born on or after 1st May 1990 (Max 35 years)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience after diploma
- Preference for experience in Steel Manufacturing/Electric Arc furnace plants
