NABARD Recruitment - Eligibility Criteria

In Charge-Survey Cell

• Age: 38-55 years
• Qualification:
  • Master's Degree in Economics/Statistics/Data Science/Management/Business Analytics or related fields
  • FPM or Ph.D preferred
• Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant experience

Senior Statistical Analyst

• Age: 30-45 years
• Qualification: Master's Degree in Economics/Statistics/Data Science or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Skills: Advanced quantitative skills, knowledge of Stata/R, Excel

Statistical Analyst

• Age: 24-30 years
• Qualification: Master's Degree with 55% marks in relevant fields
• Experience: 1 year preferred
• Skills: Data management, statistical software knowledge

NABARD Recruitment - Selection Process

1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted in 1:3 ratio based on qualifications and experience
2. Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
3. Medical Examination: Selected candidates must pass medical fitness test
4. Final Selection: Based on interview performance and medical fitness

   • All others: ₹850 (₹700 fee + ₹150 intimation charges)

3. Documents Required:
   • Recent passport size photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm)
   • Signature (black ink on white paper)
   • Left thumb impression (black/blue ink on white paper)
   • Handwritten declaration (text provided in notification)
   • Qualification and experience certificates
